Company and scope
tgapps.dev is operated by TG APPLICATIONS DESENVOLVIMENTO LTDA, Brazilian company registration CNPJ 56.918.851/0001-72, D-U-N-S® 651029828, under the Tg Apps brand. Its fiscal address is in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, and its operating base is in São Paulo, SP, Brazil. Contact support@tgapps.dev.
These terms cover company information, service pages, guides, campaigns and inquiry forms on this website. Apps, client environments and the Client Portal may have separate rules. Linking to them does not automatically make their agreements part of these website terms.
Using the website
You can explore our services and work, read guides, compare delivery models and start a discussion about your project. Browsing the public website does not require purchasing development services.
If you contact us for a company, make sure you are authorized to make the inquiry and share the material. A person with appropriate authority must handle any purchase or commitment.
Inquiries and scheduling
The form submits a request for contact. Selecting a plan, describing an initial deliverable or choosing the guarantee records interest. It does not purchase a plan, reserve execution capacity or authorize a charge.
A discussion or scheduling call to action that opens the form is a request for follow-up. A meeting is confirmed after we agree a date and time. Our initial response is commercial; it is not an immediate full-proposal commitment or a promise of continuous technical support.
Provide accurate contact information. An accepted-submission message confirms the system received your inquiry, not that a project has been approved. An invitation to the Client Portal, if issued, is not a development agreement.
Materials you submit
Share enough information to explain your need, goals and first desired outcome. Do not use the public form to deliver credentials, private keys, customer databases or other restricted material.
Submitting an idea or description does not transfer your intellectual property to Tg Apps or authorize us to publish your project. We may use the information to assess and answer your inquiry. Submission does not replace a signed NDA or an agreed channel for files and system access.
When a review requires protected material, access and confidentiality arrangements are agreed first. Anyone providing material must respect third-party rights and obligations.
Starting a development engagement
An engagement is set out in a separate proposal and agreement covering scope, responsibilities, priorities, delivery capacity, amount, billing currency and delivery terms. Contract and NDA come before kickoff. Tg Apps operates with no upfront payment.
These website terms do not amend an existing project agreement and cannot remove rights or commercial commitments already made. Project terms must be reconciled with applicable promises and mandatory law.
Plans, pricing and capacity
Every plan can build, launch, evolve and support client products across mobile, web, backend, CRM, internal tools and AI integrations. The service range and commercial conditions are the same in Brazil and abroad. Product size or technical complexity does not restrict the services available in Steady.
Steady, Growth and Embedded differ by meeting and delivery cadence, the intensity of live coordination and flexibility to reorganize work. Public USD prices on English pages are reference anchors; PT-BR pages publish Steady and Growth prices in BRL, while Embedded pricing is defined in a proposal. Before kickoff, the monthly amount is fixed in the billing currency agreed with the client, and the selected-plan rate stays fixed while that plan remains active. A plan or capacity change is discussed and agreed; ordinary messages or requests do not automatically change the rate.
Plans are not fixed development-hour banks. They are not restricted to a single item, request or priority at a time. Execution follows the agreed priorities, active work and capacity.
One ongoing engagement can cover multiple products, development, releases, improvements and production support. Adding a product does not create an extra fee by itself. Products share contracted capacity; this is not unlimited simultaneous execution.
Communication, meetings and deliveries
Daily asynchronous group communication is included in every plan. Questions, requests, updates, feedback and normal follow-up do not require an upgrade or an additional message fee.
Steady has meetings and planned delivery cycles every two weeks, with autonomy to execute between reviews. Growth has weekly meetings and cycles with closer collaboration and intelligent allocation. Embedded provides closer coordination, daily meetings when needed and continuous delivery of agreed work, including feasible priority shifts within agreed capacity. Team size, working hours and additional coverage can adapt to the operation, with capacity and monthly pricing agreed with the client.
Failures affecting product operation receive priority attention in every plan. Tg Apps investigates and works on the fix without waiting for the next scheduled delivery cycle. This priority is part of product support, not a benefit reserved for Embedded.
Delivery cycles advance agreed work. A larger deliverable may span several cycles, and production deployments follow the agreed release plan. Group communication, meetings and execution are different dimensions; none represents instant replies or uninterrupted availability.
First Milestone Guarantee
The First Milestone Guarantee covers the first agreed deliverable, not the entire product. The Proof Sprint is one clearly defined, working deliverable within 7 calendar days. Scope, expected demo, access, materials, acceptance criteria and responsibilities are aligned before work begins.
If the agreed first deliverable is not completed, that initial step is not invoiced. If an initial request is larger, we define the evaluation deliverable directly with the client. Project-specific decisions are recorded in the proposal, agreement or project discussion while preserving the guarantee offered.
Monthly continuation and ending an engagement
Continuation is month to month, with no lock-in, cancellation penalty or required notice period. Pausing or freezing an engagement is not a Tg Apps plan benefit.
Ending an engagement does not eliminate amounts properly due for work performed, subject to the First Milestone Guarantee, or continuing confidentiality and data protection duties. Payment, materials and transition follow the agreed arrangements and applicable law. These website terms do not add exit or transfer fees.
Your project and website materials
The project's source code, repositories, data, accounts and materials belong to the client. Tg Apps helps you through every step, from creating and configuring the accounts, repositories and environments you need to developing, launching and improving the product.
This ownership applies in every plan, including the first delivery. Tg Apps can continue to evolve and support the products within the ongoing engagement.
Website text, branding, images and other materials belong to Tg Apps or their respective owners. Client marks, logos and product imagery remain their owners' property. A case description does not transfer trademark rights or allow a mark to be used as an endorsement of another service.
You may share links and make legitimate references with attribution. Search-engine and assistant discovery consistent with published crawling instructions is compatible with the website's purpose. This is not a blanket license to republish complete materials or commercially exploit brands and images.
Responsible use and security
Do not send spam, unlawful material, fraudulent information, malicious software or content that infringes others' rights. Do not access accounts, data or systems without authorization, evade controls or disrupt availability.
If you identify a possible vulnerability, report it to support with enough information to reproduce it without exposing other people's data. Permission to browse public content does not authorize invasive testing of systems or accounts.
Abuse-prevention measures should be proportionate and must not be used to prevent the exercise of privacy rights.
Guides, examples and cases
Guides discuss software development options and decisions. Project needs determine the technical assessment and specific proposal. An editorial deliverable example is not, by itself, a fixed offer for every project.
Cases describe the work and status stated on their pages, including ongoing work, delivery, publication and maintenance. A case result is not a guarantee of an identical outcome for another client. This does not modify commercial guarantees Tg Apps expressly offers.
Third-party cost references, app-store fees and external documentation may change. Information relevant to an engagement is checked during project alignment.
Third-party links and services
The website links to WhatsApp, app stores, professional profiles, client sites and other services. Those destinations may have separate terms and privacy practices. A link from Tg Apps does not change their documents.
Third-party services needed for a project are aligned during contracting, including accounts, licenses and costs. Hosting, store fees, model usage and third-party subscriptions are distinct from Tg Apps' development services and are agreed separately with the client. Choosing a tool does not imply a provider partnership, certification or guarantee beyond what can be supported by evidence.
Privacy, availability and responsibility
The Website Privacy Policy explains website data processing. Browsing is not blanket consent to every activity, and reading these terms does not replace specific choices required for a particular use.
The website may undergo maintenance, updates or interruptions. Information and links may be corrected when changes or errors are identified. Availability and support obligations for a contracted product are addressed separately.
These terms do not exclude legally required liability, displace applicable consumer rights or reduce contractual obligations or the commercial guarantee. They do not set a blanket monetary liability cap.
Updates, language and questions
The latest update date appears at the beginning of this document. Changes govern website use from the stated effective date and do not retroactively alter a project agreement, consent or agreed commercial condition.
English and Portuguese versions should convey the same meaning. Please ask Tg Apps to clarify any discrepancy. A project agreement defines its own language and terms.
Send questions or complaints to support@tgapps.dev. Applicable law and dispute jurisdiction must respect mandatory rules relevant to the situation. This text does not impose arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive forum that removes statutory rights.
